EQ Leadership Coaching

EQ Leadership Coaching starts with a Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence (SEI) Assessment.  The purpose of the Assessment Report is to give a Leader and his Coach a roadmap for improvements in specific areas to being more effective; effective leadership is success on “people-side”. Such coaching can, either, be done face to face or on internet (viz. skype) or telephone.

The eight competencies measured by the SEI drive performance on critical Success Factors viz. Effectiveness, Relationships, Health and Quality of Life. In turn, these Success Factors likely affect your leadership goals and challenges.

Very often Leaders find themselves stuck owing to perceptions, beliefs or behaviour. With rapid change in the business environment once useful ways become a hindrance to growth.

There are times when Leaders are locked in their area of comfort and have difficulty to break out and reach for their true potential.

Efficacy of Leaders is often compromised owing to lack of empathy and trust.
